Role Overview
Vontier is hiring an Implementation Coordinator to oversee the delivery of Teletrac Navman solutions across the ANZ region. The position is focused on end-to-end installation coordination, with responsibility for making sure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with service commitments.
This role involves managing work orders, organising installers and contractors, monitoring progress, and keeping customers and internal teams informed. It suits someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and motivated by strong service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the rollout of Teletrac Navman solutions.
- Oversee installation tasks and ensure they are delivered within agreed service levels.
- Prepare and update work orders with correct customer and asset information.
- Plan installer schedules and allocate jobs based on requirements.
- Monitor installation status and chase any overdue or incomplete work.
- Handle rebooking for failed appointments and work through scheduling conflicts.
- Keep systems updated accurately and manage assigned queues.
- Maintain clear communication with installers, contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Spot complex or high-risk jobs and raise them appropriately.
- Assist with larger project coordination, scheduling, and status updates.
- Contribute ideas and actions for improving processes.
- Help with capacity planning and installation scheduling.
- Provide support with case handling and parts coordination when needed.
- Check work order completion and make sure administrative and financial steps are ready for closure.
- Collect customer feedback and support other internal teams as required.
