Role Summary
For its North Bay site, AIM is hiring a General Labourer (Non-Ferrous Receiver) to handle incoming materials, sort and arrange inventory, support customers on the yard, use equipment when needed, and assist with routine maintenance and daily yard operations.
The work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with alternating Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting wage for this position is CAD 25.75 per hour, with overtime paid after 44 hours. The role also comes with a permanent full-time arrangement, vacation entitlement, benefits, and RRSP matching. Eligible dependents may also qualify for an annual AIM tuition scholarship program of up to $8,500.
