İş tanımı
Overview
This is an opportunity to join a profitable B2B SaaS company in the enterprise software sector, operating from Munich with a remote-friendly setup. The product is already trusted by well-known organisations across energy, manufacturing, financial services, and life sciences, and the business has grown in a measured, sustainable way. With the next stage of product investment underway, the team is adding a Frontend Developer to expand the product engineering function.
You will be part of a collaborative engineering environment that builds a sophisticated platform for demanding enterprise use cases. The user experience is central to the product, supporting structured data, business-rule configuration, workflow management, and increasingly AI-assisted capabilities. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys crafting polished interfaces, writing clean and maintainable code, and contributing thoughtful ideas rather than only executing assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support modern frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
- Create user-friendly interfaces for intricate enterprise workflows and data-heavy product journeys.
- Work closely with product and backend colleagues to turn business needs into scalable frontend solutions.
- Take part in frontend architecture discussions and help uphold strong engineering practices.
- Enhance usability, responsiveness, and performance across existing areas of the platform.
- Support the development of AI-assisted features and workflow-oriented product enhancements.
- Review code generated by tools or other contributors and help maintain a high quality bar.
- Bring ideas that improve product usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in frontend development; stronger profiles are also welcome.
- Practical, confident experience with React and TypeScript.
- Good grasp of current frontend engineering principles and best practices.
- Comfort working in an established codebase while improving and extending it.
- Strong product thinking with a clear focus on quality and user experience.
- Effective communication and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Bonus value is given to candidates with UI/UX awareness, accessibility experience, exposure to complex B2B or SaaS products, or interest in AI-supported development workflows.
Perks
- Annual salary in the range of €70,000 to €80,000.
- Remote-friendly work arrangement with Munich headquarters.
- VSOP equity participation.
- Supportive mentorship from an experienced Frontend Lead.
- Clear growth and development opportunities.
- Regular team events and company offsites.
- Stable, long-term product vision backed by strong financial foundations.
- Chance to join before the next major growth phase.
Team and Culture
The team is made up of builders who care about delivering a strong product while keeping work sustainable. Collaboration, low ego, and shared ownership are core parts of how the group operates. Good ideas are encouraged from everyone, regardless of seniority, and team members are expected to contribute constructively and beyond their immediate responsibilities.
Outside of work, the team is active and social, with a shared interest in sports, outdoor activities, and regular meetups. The company does not glorify long working hours; instead, it values trust, mutual support, and balanced performance.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Join a profitable SaaS company with strong product-market fit.
- Work on technically engaging problems with meaningful enterprise impact.
- Build features relied on by some of Europe’s largest organisations.
- Be part of a team that values quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to product direction without the pressure of hypergrowth.
