The company designs and builds laboratory dyeing and finishing machines, soft overflow dyeing machines, yarn heat setting machines, pre- and post-processing equipment for digital printing, and laboratory continuous processing ranges.
Role Overview
The Service Engineer will handle the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support of textile machines at customer locations. This is a field-focused role that involves both on-site and remote support work.

Andheri (W), Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Carry out installation and commissioning of textile machinery at client sites.
- Diagnose and resolve machine faults and service complaints.
- Provide technical assistance and online support to customers when needed.
- Manage maintenance-related activities to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Perform field service tasks as part of the customer support function.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have an Electrical or Mechanical background through ITI or a Diploma qualification.
Prior field service experience of 2 to 3 years is required, as on-site service work differs significantly from in-house service tasks.
Additional Information
This role is specifically for service engineering work involving installation, commissioning, complaint handling, and remote support. It is not an in-house technical position.
