Role Overview
This field sales internship is based across multiple cities and focuses on territory-level selling, outlet coverage, and on-ground execution. The intern will work in a full-time, in-office capacity for six months and support daily sales operations across assigned routes and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals for the assigned territory.
- Support secondary sales by visiting markets regularly and servicing retail outlets.
- Raise orders from retail partners and help ensure billing happens on time through the distributor.
- Expand numeric distribution and improve product availability across the market.
- Push sales of priority brands and focus SKUs.
- Cover all outlets according to the assigned beat plan and journey cycle.
- Maintain strong in-store visibility and ensure effective merchandising standards.
- Carry out promotional plans, trade schemes, and display-related activities at outlets.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 25 May 2026 and 29 June 2026, and commit to a six-month duration. Candidates should be based in Chennai, Coimbatore, Kurnool, Thiruvananthapuram, Tirupati, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, or Bangalore. Relevant skills and interest in field sales are required. Stipend and Perks
The internship offers a monthly stipend of Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 19,000. Additional benefits include a certificate and a letter of recommendation.

This role is onsite and available in Chennai, Coimbatore, Kurnool, Thiruvananthapuram, Tirupati, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Bangalore.
