It is an opportunity to help deliver meaningful, scalable learning experiences across a large, diverse business group.Role OverviewThe Executive - Learning & Development will manage behavioural learning programmes from end to end, support learning design and delivery, and use data and stakeholder feedback to improve adoption, completion, and learner impact.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the full delivery cycle for behavioural learning programmes, including communication, programme coordination, vendor liaison, monitoring, and reporting.Support the creation, development, and rollout of learning journeys, activities, assignments, and digital learning assets such as caselets, leader stories, and immersive online exercises.Review learning data to spot trends, participation gaps, drop-offs, and improvement opportunities, then use those insights to strengthen learner awareness, engagement, completion, and retention.Drive uptake and completion of online learning initiatives by finding new ways to increase visibility, participation, and learner momentum.Keep programme operations efficient through disciplined planning, prioritisation, issue spotting, and timely closure of open actions.Work closely with HR Business Partners, business L&D teams, facilitators, vendors, internal faculty, and employees to ensure smooth execution and strong programme outcomes.Desired Experience and SkillsThe role calls for 2 to 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, talent development, OD, employee engagement, internal communications, HR operations, or programme management. Comfort with data and reporting, along with strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills, is important.
