Role Overview
Join a mission-driven healthcare organization that believes quality care should be available to everyone. In this role, you will provide high-level support to the President & CEO as well as other senior leaders, helping keep executive priorities, communications, and daily operations moving smoothly.
Core Duties
- Serve as a trusted support partner to the President & CEO by staying ahead of priorities, organizing information, and handling logistics with strong judgment.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar proactively, balancing competing requests and aligning time commitments with organizational goals.
- Work closely with the leadership team to assemble, polish, and coordinate materials for CEO review.
- Handle executive communication in a clear, polished, and timely manner.
- Arrange executive travel, events, and organizational recognition activities.
Work Location
This position is based at the Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave, Buffalo, NY 14207, with occasional travel to another site if needed.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience is required. At least 5 years of experience is preferred. Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, accuracy, compassion, resiliency, and teamwork are important for success in this role. Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English. Spanish fluency is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is $61,500 to $65,000, calculated for a 40-hour work week. Pay may vary based on skill set, experience, qualifications, and other role-related factors.
