Dairy/Frozen Associate (Overnight)

Role Overview

Walmart Canada is hiring a Dairy/Frozen Associate for the overnight shift in New Westminster, British Columbia. This retail position is focused on delivering excellent customer service while keeping the Dairy/Frozen department stocked, orderly, and compliant with food handling standards.

What You Will Handle

• Keep the department organized by zoning shelves and displays.
• Check inventory regularly, rotate stock, and remove items that are expired.
• Make sure products are labeled, signed, and priced correctly.
• Follow cold-chain rules, including thermometer calibration, temperature logs, food handling, product rotation, and monitoring sell-by and expiration dates.
• Carry out sanitation and cleaning tasks in line with food safety requirements.
• Complete ordering-related tasks and handle clearance, markdowns, markups, and signage/labeling work correctly.
• Maintain in-store features and presentation standards.
• Keep the work area tidy, safe, and free from debris, stray items, liquids, and unnecessary fixtures.

Pay Information

The starting hourly pay for this position is $18.00.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
