Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you’ll be trained to work across multiple restaurant stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The role is centered on preparing food by hand each day, supporting guests, and helping create the welcoming atmosphere customers expect. Experience in food service is helpful, but candidates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Duties

• Prepare and serve food fresh each day using Chipotle’s standard restaurant processes.
• Work confidently across different stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service throughout the guest experience.
• Support teammates and help maintain a positive, service-oriented environment.
• Contribute to the restaurant’s commitment to quality, speed, and consistency.
