Role Overview

This is a full-time Creative Artworker position based in Bristol, UK, with a hybrid working arrangement. The employer is looking to speak with both junior candidates and those with more experience. The salary range for the role is £25,000 to £45,000 per year.

What You’ll Do

You will create polished artwork, prepare assets for print production, retouch images, and develop graphics. The role also involves working closely with designers and other team members to make sure every output follows brand standards and achieves a strong visual finish. A careful eye for detail and the ability to keep work moving to schedule are important.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate should be confident in artworking across print, 3D design, POS and exhibition stand projects, with experience in both 2D and 3D work. You should be comfortable with photo retouching, producing finished artwork to a high standard, and adapting graphics to meet design expectations. A solid understanding of brand consistency, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite are expected. The ability to collaborate effectively and juggle several projects at once will also be important.

Additional Information

Prior experience in a creative environment is preferred, and qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related subject would be an advantage. Because the role is hybrid, you need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bristol. You must also have the legal right to work in the UK. A portfolio showcasing your artwork, especially 3D project work, must be submitted with your CV.
