About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Cost Controller at Hilton in Mecca, you will help safeguard profitability across the Food & Beverage function while contributing to the kind of guest experience that reflects true hospitality. The role combines financial monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with operational teams to keep costs controlled and performance on track.
What You’ll Do
- Track financial performance across the Food & Beverage department, spot opportunities to improve profitability, and take action where needed.
- Prepare recurring financial updates and run weekly discussions so leadership and department teams stay aligned on cost trends and key drivers.
- Work closely with hotel finance colleagues and the Food & Beverage team to strengthen accuracy, coordination, and operational consistency.
- Assist the Finance Lead with ad hoc projects and other initiatives that support overall department success.
