The Opportunity
This role is for makers, creators, and unconventional creative thinkers who love building content that people actually want to watch and share. The company is looking for passionate content creators who are comfortable moving quickly, experimenting often, and contributing to a highly energetic environment. Candidates can come from different experience levels, whether they are newer to the industry or bringing years of creative background, as long as they are driven, culturally aware, and strong in execution.
The role is especially suited to someone based in Singapore who has already spent more than two years working in the creative content space within an advertising agency environment and is eager to contribute to media and creative campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Transform branded assets into social-first content such as clips, GIFs, graphics, photos, stories, and written copy.
- Work across a range of visual formats, including still images and short-form video footage.
- Partner closely with Strategy, Client Partnership, and Project Management teams to shape and adapt content for different platforms and deliverables.
- Use industry-standard editing and design tools to strengthen and refine creative output.
- Handle fast-moving requests and tight deadlines while staying calm, proactive, and collaborative.
What You Should Bring
- Strong enthusiasm for creating content across channels such as social media, streaming, AR, music, film, and interactive formats.
- Well-developed design ability, including work in static, motion, illustration, or similar creative forms.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools and platforms like Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Live.
- A dependable, accountable, and approachable working style that supports team collaboration.
- Creative confidence, adaptability, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
