About the Role
This position is responsible for ensuring that every placement is captured, recorded, and shared reliably, on schedule, and across all relevant channels. It is not a content-creation or design-focused role. Instead, the role runs the workflow that converts a placement into public proof by coordinating with alumni, internal teams, and external vendors, maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets, and making sure follow-through never drops.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure every placement is surfaced consistently and accurately.
- Maintain daily placement records and verify completeness before moving ahead with other actions.
- Reach out to placed alumni, conduct meaningful conversations, document their journey, and secure consent along with photos.
- Get a LinkedIn post published from the student’s own profile within 3 to 4 days of the initial call.
- Organize testimonial video shoots, brief the video team, and ensure the final video is published within 12 days.
- Submit poster requests to the design team and ensure a turnaround time of 2 to 3 days.
- Publish placement-related content across the website, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp communities, and performance media according to a fixed schedule.
- Share high-value content with the Performance Marketing team proactively, without waiting to be asked.
- Build and manage the alumni community from the beginning.
- Pair placed alumni with prospective learners for trust-building calls, in coordination with the Sales team.
- Plan alumni meetups every 2 to 3 months and jointly own the event experience from start to finish.
- Generate 2 to 3 authentic learner reviews each day across relevant platforms.
- Monitor reputation closely, flag negative reviews quickly, and coordinate the response process.
- Submit outcome reports every 15 days.
- Keep documentation and process notes current so knowledge is not confined to one person’s memory.
- Manage and support two CDAs who report to you.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when required to represent the community.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in community management, marketing operations, or program coordination.
- Advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including comfort with calls.
- Experience in EdTech is preferred.
- Ability to manage several parallel workstreams without losing track of details.
- A structured, checklist-driven working style with a strong habit of documentation.
- Comfort handling sensitive alumni conversations professionally and empathetically.
- Ability to coordinate with 6 to 7 teams at the same time and escalate blockers early.
- Understanding of how Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp communities function.
Additional Information
This is a 3-month probation period followed by a full-time role. The position requires ownership of outcomes and visible execution. It is not a social media-only job, not a placement counsellor role, and not a position where work is handed over step by step.
