Role overview

Snappt is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive new logo acquisition across enterprise multifamily accounts. This role sits on the front line of awareness and engagement, with a focus on creating qualified opportunities that support an account-based growth strategy.

The BDR will partner closely with Regional Sales Directors and Marketing to build targeted outreach programs, connect with decision-makers, and help generate pipeline for the business.

What you will do

  • Run targeted outbound campaigns aimed at enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and chart important stakeholders within fee management companies, including asset managers, vice presidents and directors of operations, regional managers, and property managers.
  • Tailor outreach using market intelligence, regional fraud insights, and return-on-investment messaging.
  • Maintain account activity and pipeline information in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Conduct discovery conversations and qualify prospects using Snappt’s SPICED framework.
  • Work with Regional Sales Directors to transfer qualified opportunities smoothly.
  • Monitor performance data and use it to improve outreach results.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to sharpen messaging and targeting.
  • Represent Snappt as a knowledgeable partner on applicant trust and risk management.

What you should bring

  • Background in sales development, outbound prospecting, or account-based marketing.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken form.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
