Role overview
Code Brew Labs is looking for a Business Development Executive for its Dubai office. This is a full-time, work-from-office role for someone with more than 2 years of experience in IT sales. The right candidate should be comfortable handling the complete sales process, confident in creating new business relationships, and capable of nurturing long-term client connections.
What you will do
- Develop and strengthen relationships with potential clients.
- Stay in regular contact with current clients to support retention and growth.
- Oversee and organize the sales pipeline.
- Study the market and identify areas where the company can gain a competitive edge.
- Monitor performance measures to make sure sales goals are achieved.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales.
- Hands-on exposure to the entire sales cycle, including closing deals.
- A track record of achieving sales results.
- Strong negotiation ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- CRM knowledge is an advantage.
