Position Summary

The Billing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all billing operations and assisting with specific payroll functions. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing.
  • Verify that current billing practices comply with all relevant governmental rules and regulations.
  • Manage the investigation and resolution of any billing discrepancies or errors.
  • Lead a team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of gross payroll for drivers and the invoicing of customers.
  • Direct a centralized document handling department, ensuring prompt collection and scanning of necessary paperwork.
  • Provide support for credit and collections activities.
  • Manage revenue and expense accruals.
Qualifications & Core Competencies
  • Possess 3-5 years of experience in a Billing Supervisor role.
  • Hold a University degree or College diploma.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Process and Data Analysis, with strong Excel skills being essential.
  • Experience in Policy Administration.
  • Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), including EDI processing.
