Role Overview
Capgemini is looking for an Associate PMO to support program and project operations in Kolkata. This role combines resource coordination, financial tracking, governance support, and broader project administration to help teams deliver work smoothly and maintain control across key processes.
Resource Management Support
- Assist with forecasting resource demand and generating staffing requirements.
- Support recruitment-related coordination activities.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks for both internal and external team members.
- Provide assistance for learning and development coordination.
Financial Support Services
- Work with the E-monitoring tool in a practical, hands-on capacity.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist in managing contracts and i-SOW documentation.
- Track and process invoices.
- Analyze variances and monitor financial deviations.
- Identify and track revenue leakages.
- Prepare financial reports and support control checks.
Project Governance Support Services
- Coordinate with stakeholders and support stakeholder communication.
- Help ensure SLA compliance.
- Support issue and risk management activities.
- Assist with communication planning and updates.
- Prepare inputs for executive and critical project reviews.
- Suggest improvements to processes and workflows.
- Support project health checks.
- Contribute to overall program management activities.
