About the internship
This part-time remote internship is for a video editing and content-making role focused on short-form, motion-led social media content. The work centers on turning scripts and voiceovers into engaging reels while keeping the edit polished, paced well, and consistent with the brand’s visual identity.
What you’ll do
- Build motion-driven reels from provided scripts and voiceovers.
- Align captions precisely with the audio, including fast-paced Instagram-style caption treatments.
- Keep the rhythm, transitions, and overall visual flow smooth throughout each piece.
- Work within brand rules so all content stays consistent in look and feel.

Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics work is mandatory.
- Adobe Premiere Pro experience is needed for the editing workflow; experience editing talking-head videos is an added advantage.
- You should be detail-oriented and able to deliver work on schedule.
- A portfolio showing motion-based video content is required.
- You need access to a laptop or desktop that can comfortably run editing tools; 16 GB RAM and a dedicated graphics card are preferred.
- You should understand how YouTube and Instagram algorithms affect content performance.

The internship offers a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and a job offer on successful conversion to a full-time role.
The stipend is structured as fixed pay of ₹4,000 to ₹5,000 per month plus an incentive pay of ₹500 per month.
If converted to a permanent position, the expected annual salary is ₹200,000 to ₹360,000.
