About the internship

This internship offers an opportunity to build practical experience in talent acquisition with Paytm Payments Services Limited. You will support the hiring function for a fast-growing business and learn how recruitment works in a real-world environment.

What you'll do

• Help source and shortlist candidates using different recruiting channels.
• Arrange interviews and assist hiring managers with coordination and logistics.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers in MS Excel.
• Support the planning and execution of recruitment drives and job fairs.
• Carry out reference verification and background-check related tasks.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams to provide a smooth experience.
• Build familiarity with core hiring workflows and standard recruitment practices.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to start between 16 Jun 2026 and 21 Jul 2026, commit to 3 months, and be based in Bangalore. Candidates should also bring relevant skills and a genuine interest in the field.

Skills preferred

Strong MS Excel skills and spoken English communication are important for this role.
