About the internship
This opportunity is a 3-month, full-time, in-office sales internship based in Mumbai with Reflex Realty LLP, a South Mumbai real estate consulting firm with more than 45 years of experience. The company works with clients looking to buy, occupy, sell, lease, or invest in property, and its portfolio spans commercial, residential, and retail spaces across Mumbai.
What you will do
- Support the sales team in generating leads and reaching out to potential clients.
- Make cold calls and carry out follow-ups with prospects.
- Help coordinate site visits and client appointments.
- Keep customer records and CRM data current and organized.
- Learn about the available property options and present them clearly to interested buyers or tenants.
- Assist in preparing sales summaries and daily work updates.
- Join team discussions and contribute to sales planning sessions.

Compensation
The stipend for this role is INR 6,000 to 8,000 per month.
Additional requirements
- The ideal applicant is currently pursuing graduation or has recently completed a degree, preferably in business or marketing.
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills are important.
- Basic familiarity with sales and marketing ideas is expected.
- A willingness to learn and operate in a target-based environment is required.
- Comfort with MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word, will be an added advantage.
