About the internship

This work-from-home HR internship is designed for someone interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate coordination. The role focuses on supporting the hiring process, keeping communication with applicants organized, and helping with onboarding tasks.

What you’ll do

• Stay in touch with candidates and ensure follow-ups are handled smoothly.
• Support onboarding activities and help shortlisted candidates move through the joining process.
• Keep the candidate database updated and well-organized.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can work remotely, can begin between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, and are available for a six-month internship. Stipend and pay structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 11,000 to INR 1,52,000. The listed pay structure includes a fixed component of INR 10,000 to INR 1,50,000 per month, along with an incentive component of INR 1,000 to INR 2,000 per month.
