Role Overview

This on-site field sales internship is focused on business development across Delhi NCR. The selected intern will meet doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacy decision-makers, give product presentations and tastings, and help convert interested clinics into paying partners. Most visits will already be pre-arranged by the calling team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit hospitals, clinics, and doctors across Delhi NCR to introduce Sun Kissed Delight, with most meetings scheduled in advance by the calling team.
  • Conduct face-to-face demos and tastings while explaining the product, FSSAI license, clinical study, sample kit, and supporting documents.
  • Develop and sustain professional relationships with doctors, clinic staff, and pharmacy in-charges.
  • Address objections, negotiate terms, and work on converting clinics into paying accounts.
  • Stay in touch through calls and WhatsApp follow-ups to move prospects toward their first purchase.
  • Record every visit, discussion, and next action in the clinic tracker CRM on a daily basis.
  • Support sample movement, order booking, and delivery follow-up coordination.
  • Share field intelligence such as doctor concerns, patient reactions, and competitor activity, and work toward daily, weekly, and monthly visit and conversion goals.

Compensation and Incentives

This is a paid internship with a stipend ranging from INR 2,001 to INR 32,000 per month. In addition, performance-based incentives are offered on units sold, at INR 7 to INR 15 per unit depending on output.
