About the internship
This full-time, in-office internship is for a customer support role focused on resolving user concerns with care, professionalism, and empathy. The position involves handling negative feedback, keeping customer records accurate, and making sure follow-ups happen on time so issues are properly closed. You will also help the Quality team spot repeated problems and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Listen to customer complaints carefully and respond to concerns in a calm, respectful, and empathetic way.
- Keep complete and organized records of customer feedback and interactions.
- Follow up with customers promptly to ensure their issues have been resolved.
- Work with the Quality team to identify common issues and support customer satisfaction improvements.
- Maintain courteous, professional communication in every customer interaction.

Requirements

Compensation
The stipend is INR 13,000 to 15,000 per month.
