About the internship

This in-office internship offers hands-on exposure to business strategy and growth in an ed-tech environment. The role is designed for someone who wants practical learning rather than observation alone, with opportunities to contribute to real business activities and see how ideas move into execution.

What you will do

• Study markets, current trends, competitors, and customer behavior to uncover possible growth paths.
• Help the team shape business plans and strategies that are usable in day-to-day execution.
• Prepare straightforward but effective Excel trackers, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to understand how business functions across departments.
• Monitor how ongoing strategies and campaigns are performing and suggest practical improvements.
• Contribute to marketing and growth efforts aimed at improving customer engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
• Assist with client interactions, including communication, follow-ups, requirement gathering, and coordination under supervision.
• Bring forward new ideas, observations, and creative suggestions that can support business growth.
• Communicate clearly in spoken and written English with internal teams and clients.

Stipend

₹5,000 per month.
