About the Internship

This internship is focused on business development for Spectacom’s sports and fitness initiatives. The role involves building connections with influencers, runners, partners, and communities, along with supporting sales and collaboration efforts for the race and related IPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable influencers and runners, connect with them, and help bring them on board for the company’s IPs.
• Reach out through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to present the event and turn prospects into confirmed collaborators.
• Track and follow up on leads, support partner onboarding, and help close opportunities within target timelines.
• Assist in managing and expanding both online and offline communities across social media, Discord, WhatsApp groups, and live events.
• Respond to questions, create enthusiasm around the initiative, and help retain participants and supporters.

Who Can Apply

This internship is open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to begin between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026, can commit to a 3-month duration, and have relevant skills and interest in the role.

Compensation and Perks

The stipend for this internship is INR 25,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, an informal dress code, and a 5-day work week.
