About the internship
This internship is designed for a driven candidate who is interested in real estate sales and marketing. As a business development intern, you will support property promotion activities, work with client-facing teams, and build practical exposure to sales, communication, and digital outreach in the real estate space.
What you will do
- Support the preparation of promotional content such as brochures, flyers, and property listings for online and offline use.
- Research market trends and identify prospective buyers to help shape focused outreach plans.
- Work alongside the sales team to organize property visits and open-house activities.
- Help manage social media channels to improve visibility and keep potential clients engaged.
- Maintain client records and assist in tracking sales leads and follow-ups.
- Respond to client queries and support customer service efforts with a professional approach.
- Participate in team discussions and training sessions to strengthen your understanding of the real estate industry.

Stipend and payout details
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 12,000 to 18,000. The stipend structure includes a fixed component of ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
