Role overview

This onsite WalkMe Developer position in Noida is focused on improving user adoption through digital adoption solutions. The role sits within a Learning Design & Development team and supports customers by creating and refining WalkMe experiences that simplify onboarding, guide users through processes, and enable self-service.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and related DAP components.
• Support application onboarding, process automation, and self-service support through WalkMe configuration.
• Create segmentation, rules, and goals to deliver tailored user journeys.
• Partner with subject matter experts and product owners to design effective WalkMe-based solutions.
• Assist with customer training and enablement for the WalkMe platform.
• Help troubleshoot deployment issues and resolve WalkMe-related problems.
• Align WalkMe content with instructional design principles to support training initiatives.

Experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of direct WalkMe experience and 5+ years of experience working in digital adoption platform development or implementation. A WalkMe Developer certification is required, along with WalkMe DAP100 Professional certification. Experience creating WalkMe flows across platforms such as SAP and SuccessFactors is important. The role also calls for strong communication, interpersonal skills, a customer-first approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
