Role Overview
Vardhman Jewellers is hiring a dependable and meticulous Store Keeper for its Chandigarh location. The role focuses on keeping inventory accurate, maintaining stock documentation, and supporting day-to-day store functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Track inventory and keep stock registers up to date.
- Accept, verify, and arrange all incoming goods in an orderly way.
- Keep a close watch on stock levels and item movement.
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to support store operations.
- Protect jewellery inventory through correct storage, security, and documentation practices.
- Compile inventory summaries and assist with stock audit activities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in storekeeping, stock control, or retail operations is preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory documentation is needed.
- Good organization and communication abilities are important for the role.
- The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, dependable, and attentive to detail.
- Background in jewellery retail will be considered an advantage.
