Role overview

The Solution Architect will guide the solution journey across the sales process, bringing strategic insight to help organizations improve customer experience and achieve transformation goals. In this position, you will work closely with sales colleagues, contribute to a collaborative team environment, and help shape solutions for prospective and existing customers.

This role calls for someone who can turn business goals into practical, compelling recommendations and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer’s transformation journey.

What you will do

• Lead discovery discussions and workshops with enterprise clients across different industries to uncover their challenges, priorities, and objectives.
• Partner with current and potential customers as a dependable advisor to understand their business and technology needs in depth.
• Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers across both business and IT functions.
• Design architecture and engage with both business and IT stakeholders around the proposed approach.
• Create and present innovative custom solution concepts to decision-makers, ensuring alignment with business value and customer needs.
• Coordinate the full solution cycle by working closely with technical and business teams involved in the process.
• Explain the value of the proposed solution clearly to audiences ranging from frontline users to senior executives.
• Present solutions effectively while supporting ongoing customer and partner relationships.
• Show initiative, self-drive, and a commitment to delivering strong outcomes that meet internal and external expectations.
• Take part in internal learning, training, and mentorship opportunities to continue building your career.
• Demonstrate a consistent record of creating and delivering differentiated custom solutions and presentations, including technical concepts, for key decision-makers.
• Manage a sales cycle that requires coordination among multiple internal and external contributors.
• Travel when needed for business purposes.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, or a comparable field, along with 5+ years of professional experience.
• Exposure to Design Thinking, consulting practices, and enterprise architecture is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of major areas such as IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and application modernization.
• Experience using business-case and value-engineering methods to build persuasive recommendations.
• Knowledge of relevant industry solutions, applications, and operating practices.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into a clear vision and roadmap.
• Strong capability in identifying and presenting the business requirements of clients across multiple industries.
• Background in solution engineering, consulting, delivery, or training within a software solutions environment.
• Good time management skills in a fast-moving team setting.
• Comfort working collaboratively to solve problems in dynamic, high-paced environments.
• An inquisitive, practical, and technology-driven mindset with a willingness to share knowledge.
• Ability to research information, experiment, stay focused on a topic, and solve problems effectively.
• Strong communication style with the ability to explain ideas clearly and keep audiences engaged.
• Experience in Financial Services, High-Tech, or Government sectors is preferred.
• VMware or broader industry certifications are highly desirable, especially in cloud or Kubernetes technologies.
• Fluency in English is required.
