ఉద్యోగ వివరణ

Overview

We are hiring a seasoned and driven SAP SuccessFactors Functional Lead to oversee the rollout and continuous operation of the SAP SuccessFactors platform across the company. This position will play a central role in HR transformation work by connecting business teams, HR, IT, and external delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities

Work with business leadership to collect HR needs, interpret them, and turn them into practical system-based solutions.
Act as the main coordination point for SAP SuccessFactors-related work across HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Manage collaboration with implementation partners, SAP specialists, and third-party vendors to support strong delivery outcomes.

Experience Required

8 to 12 years of experience in HR technology, ERP, or digital transformation initiatives.
At least 5 years of direct, hands-on involvement in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
Demonstrated experience leading 2 to 3 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Additional Information

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time, onsite position.
