Role overview
NVIDIA is looking for exceptional AI researchers to join the NVIDIA Research Singapore team. The group focuses on advancing and optimizing GPU-accelerated efficient AI systems across language models, visual generation, and robotics. The core mission is to build generative AI methods that are both highly capable and computationally efficient.
You will work with a collaborative research organization that regularly contributes to leading machine learning, robotics, and computer vision conferences. Your work is expected to have direct influence on NVIDIA products and technology.
What you'll do
- Investigate, create, and speed up new generative AI approaches.
- Produce and publish original research.
- Work closely with colleagues across the team and with other internal groups.
- Guide and support interns.
- Represent the team through conference talks and public events.
- Help move research results into product teams.
- Partner with researchers outside the company.
What the role calls for
- Strong understanding of large language models and foundation models.
- A track record of publications in top-tier venues such as CVPR, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, or NeurIPS.
- At least 2 years of experience, along with a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science or electrical engineering and a solid research background.
- Excellent coding ability in rapid prototyping environments such as Python; experience with C++ and parallel programming, including CUDA, is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
