Position overview

This is a remote contract opportunity for a Recruiter Contractor supporting a Deloitte project team. The role focuses on finding, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates to meet staffing needs for assigned project positions.

What you will do

• Assist with recruiting efforts for designated openings.
• Find candidates through approved sourcing routes.
• Review resumes and perform early-stage outreach.
• Arrange interview times and handle candidate communications.
• Keep recruiting activity and candidate information current in the applicant tracking system.
• Share timely progress updates and candidate status information with the project team.
• Source and evaluate candidates via job boards, social platforms, and professional networking.
• Carry out initial interviews to judge qualifications and role fit.
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and hiring managers/interviewers.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience handling full-cycle recruiting.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience focused on cyber roles.
• Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate records, interview activity, and status updates.
• Background in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking channels.
• Experience conducting screening conversations with candidates.
• Experience organizing interviews between candidates and interviewers.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience producing or supporting pipeline and candidate-status reporting.

Compensation and contract notes

The expected pay rate for this assignment is between $55 and $60 per hour. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location, and will be set by the third-party provider whose employees deliver services to Deloitte.
