Role overview
As a Receptionist with Hilton in Saudi Arabia, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming, polished hotel experience. Your work will focus on smooth arrivals and departures while delivering the warmth and care associated with hospitality.
What you will do
- Greet arriving guests with a friendly, professional approach and complete the check-in process, including confirming guest details, allocating rooms, preparing keys, and sharing welcome information or arranging bell service support.
- Manage guest departures efficiently by checking charges, collecting payments, generating receipts, and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Stay well informed about the property, including room categories, pricing, offers, amenities, and nearby local information so you can answer guest questions confidently.
- Use upselling methods to suggest hotel services and amenities that enhance the guest experience and support revenue growth.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, messages, and general communication with attentiveness, urgency, and a service-oriented mindset.
