Role overview
Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Product Engineer to support Neuron’s People Scaling team and contribute to a major workforce transformation programme within a fast-moving, highly collaborative healthcare setting.
What the role involves
- Taking responsibility for digital product delivery from early concept through to live operation, while balancing user needs, technical feasibility and day-to-day operational demands.
- Building and maintaining robust solutions using full-stack engineering practices, with experience across databases, system integrations, workflow automation and secure application design.
- Approaching complex technical problems with practical judgement, using modern development methods, including AI-supported coding tools, to speed up delivery without losing quality or accountability.
- Working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders, turning operational challenges into workable solutions and communicating progress clearly throughout delivery.
- Operating independently with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability and curiosity, while contributing to the development of a growing engineering capability.
