Shift pattern

Key responsibilities

• Keep the lobby and other shared spaces clean, tidy, and presentable
• Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams with room setups and moving furniture
• Carry out simple reception-style tasks such as arranging theatre tickets or restaurant bookings
• Deal with customer requests when needed
• Complete errands as assigned
• Help protect customer safety by placing and removing warning signs, such as wet-floor notices
