  • Prepare security and borrowing-related documents such as Debenture Trust Deeds, Deeds of Hypothecation, and Title Search Reports.
  • Ensure documentation is prepared in line with checklists provided by debenture or security trustees.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and operating manuals for overseas subsidiaries, including compliance processes for board meetings, general meetings, registers, and related statutory requirements.
  • Support documentation for overseas subsidiaries, including ODI forms, APR forms, and annual returns in line with RBI and FEMA regulations.
  • Maintain regular MIS updates on the Companies Act, 2013, stock exchange announcements by the group, and disclosures by other cement companies.
  • Create compliance checklists for filings, debenture issuance, and postal ballot processes.
