About the Role

Join Princeton Management as a Painter working onsite in Fort Wayne, IN. This role involves professional communication with coworkers, vendors, and residents, maintaining a positive attitude, and leading by example. The Painter will be expected to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks efficiently, and address issues related to employees, property, or residents by informing management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain professional and clear communication with team members, vendors, and residents.
• Exhibit a positive mindset and set a leadership example in daily activities.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Organize workload and prioritize tasks appropriately.
• Identify and notify management about any concerns involving staff, property, or residents.
• Complete timely service requests specifically involving occupied apartments.
• Perform painting and touch-ups as necessary to maintain property standards.
• Be available to work overtime when required.
• Handle lifting duties up to 50 lbs and safely climb ladders to various heights.
• Provide assistance to Supervisory or Management staff with community operation tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in painting, with preference for commercial or residential work.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills coupled with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Sound decision-making capabilities.
• Self-motivated to assume responsibilities and face challenges actively.
