Operations Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Assistant in Dubai to join a fast-scaling wellness brand. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys variety, moves quickly, and wants real responsibility from the start. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and contribute across supply chain, customer experience, commercial accounts, sales support, and cross-functional initiatives.

The role is designed for a proactive person who likes solving problems, improving workflows, and helping build the operational systems that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities and help streamline workflows across the business.
• Assist with supply chain tasks such as inventory planning and production coordination.
• Handle customer-facing issues promptly and contribute to initiatives that strengthen customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing events and assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts.
• Help maintain and develop relationships with existing commercial accounts.
• Collaborate on projects involving marketing, product, finance, and other functions.
• Stay organised, work at pace, and manage several priorities at the same time.

Requirements

• Strong command of Excel and comfort working with numerical data.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to handle multiple competing tasks without losing attention to detail.
• Ownership-driven attitude with the initiative to act without needing constant direction.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment with high standards.

Preferred Profile

• A degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Recent graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Determination and persistence when working through challenging situations.

This opportunity is only open to candidates who are based in Dubai and hold a valid UAE visa. The company can provide a labour card, but visa sponsorship is not available at this stage.
