Role overview
This full-time Singapore-based role is focused on helping franchise partners and studio teams improve business performance through coaching, operational support, training, and adherence to brand systems. The position supports growth across both F45 and FS8 brands and reports to the APAC General Manager as well as the General Manager for FS8 & Vaura.
The successful candidate will be expected to guide existing and new franchisees, strengthen day-to-day execution, and help studios meet growth, compliance, marketing, and profitability goals.
Core duties
The role centres on coordinating incoming work, assigning tasks appropriately, and supporting franchisees and studio teams with practical guidance to improve memberships, operations, and overall results.
- Coordinate incoming requests and route tasks to the right people.
- Coach franchisees and studio teams on how to improve F45 and FS8 performance and expand membership.
- Work with the education team to encourage completion of relevant learning pathways for franchisees and employees.
- Partner with internal teams to keep business goals, strategy, and studio operations aligned.
Operations and compliance
A major part of the role is monitoring standards through audits and helping studios stay compliant with operational, safety, and brand requirements.
- Use an audit process to spot compliance gaps.
- Check adherence to brand identity standards.
- Ensure purchasing is done through approved or preferred suppliers.
- Review overall club cleanliness and condition.
- Identify workplace health and safety risks.
- Support member safety practices.
- Track performance-related processes.
- Review delivery of fitness programs.
- Monitor compliance with F45 and FS8 operating procedures.
- Advise on marketing execution and brand standards so they remain aligned with guidelines.
- Help shape operational policies and processes where possible.
Athletics and member experience
The position also supports how studios onboard members, structure classes, and run fitness challenges to improve retention.
- Guide teams on effective member onboarding and induction.
- Support studios with timetabling decisions.
- Help plan and execute fitness challenges, including suggested promotions and communications aimed at reducing churn.
Marketing support
This role provides franchisees and studios with practical marketing direction, planning support, and data-based recommendations.
- Support the creation and management of a 12-month event plan that complements the national marketing calendar.
- Advise studios on social media and local-area marketing activity.
- Help analyse local competitors and identify ways to capture market opportunities.
- Recommend appropriate marketing spend by studio.
- Review marketing performance data and support goal-setting.
Member growth and profitability
The Network Performance Manager will help studios improve member services, sales, retention, and profit performance while staying compliant with policy and consumer legislation.
- Guide franchisees and managers to keep member service and administration aligned with policy and legal requirements.
- Support member growth plans across sales, marketing, onboarding, and retention.
- Provide regular updates on the main drivers affecting business performance.
- Advise on approaches to net profit improvement, especially membership yield, membership volume, secondary revenue, and controllable cost management using benchmarking tools.
Other duties
The role includes supporting new studios, re-sales, openings, and pre-sales as needed, along with other tasks assigned by leadership. Out-of-hours work and travel may also be required.
- Mentor and support new studios, franchisees, and staff during re-sale, opening, and pre-sale stages.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the APAC General Manager.
- Be available for work outside standard hours and for travel when needed.
- Take part in performance management activities.
Experience and qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline is required, while a master’s degree is preferred. Applicants should bring at least 2 years of relevant experience, with a background in operations leadership or performance management in boutique fitness franchises seen as an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills are essential, along with the flexibility to adapt to shifting market conditions. Regular travel is part of the job.
