Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will deliver administrative and operational assistance to two senior marketing leaders: the SVP, Creative for Bravo and Peacock, and the SVP, Integrated Marketing & Symphony. This role is a central support function for the leadership team, helping to keep daily work organized, coordinating across departments, and turning notes and ideas into executive-ready materials.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, careful with details, and able to move quickly in a busy environment. Strong PowerPoint ability and a good eye for visual communication are important, along with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Support two executives with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination.
- Handle travel bookings, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Draft agendas, briefing packs, meeting notes, and follow-up documents.
- Act as a coordination contact across Marketing, Creative, Programming, Product, Communications, Research, and other internal teams.
- Help organize team meetings, offsites, executive presentations, and other events.
- Contribute to strategic projects and other assignments from leadership as they arise.
- Develop and update polished presentations and working documents for meetings using direction from leadership and partner teams.
- Convert ideas, notes, and data into clear, compelling written materials.
- Maintain recurring trackers, reports, reference documents, and organizational tools.
- Ensure all materials meet company quality expectations and brand standards.
- Research topics, gather competitive intelligence, and prepare concise summary materials when required.
- Support the planning and delivery of key marketing initiatives across functions.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder feedback on projects.
- Collect input from multiple teams and compile it into executive-level updates.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, media, or entertainment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure and adjust priorities quickly.
- Resourceful problem-solving approach with a willingness to take on any task.
- Consistent, proactive follow-through on projects.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools for creating professional presentations, documents, and trackers.
- Positive, service-focused attitude with initiative and a willingness to support wherever needed.
Additional Requirements
This role follows a hybrid arrangement and requires working from the office at least four days each week. The company may update on-site expectations at any time.
The position includes eligibility for company-sponsored benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and other discounts and perks.
Salary range: $55,000 to $58,000.
