Role overview

UST is hiring a Lead I - Enterprise Solutions for a hands-on developer/support role based in Trivandrum, Kerala. The position centers on supporting and administering Planisware across key business modules, with responsibility for day-to-day operational support as well as small-scale platform improvements.

Key scope of work

Handle request and incident management for the Planisware environment.
Carry out Planisware administration tasks, including user management and master data maintenance.
Implement minor enhancements, configuration updates, and change-related activities.
Support application patching activities when required.
