Job Summary

The Keyholder will be responsible for the daily operations of the car wash facility, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to all operational protocols, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This role involves supporting management in staff oversight, customer relations, and basic equipment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and conclude daily operations of the car wash facility, ensuring security and operational readiness.
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment functionality.
• Provide hands-on assistance with mechanical issues and perform basic troubleshooting on car wash equipment to minimize downtime.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing all inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience by managing customer flow and resolving service-related issues effectively.
• Offer constructive feedback and suggestions to management regarding operational enhancements and staff performance.
• Support the implementation of new procedures and services to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with both staff and customers regarding any service interruptions and estimated resolution times.
• Continuously acquire new skills from management to enhance job performance.
• Oversee full-service operations, including managing detailing and vacuuming staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Train and guide staff on delivering premium full-service experiences, emphasizing best practices and safety.
• Monitor the quality of full-service offerings and provide feedback for service improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in management or customer service is advantageous.
• A strong desire to develop leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with the capacity to manage challenging situations professionally.
• Proficiency in basic mechanical tasks and an understanding of car wash equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• A commitment to enforcing all safety regulations and protocols.
• Demonstrated reliability and dependability, with the flexibility to cover shifts as required.
• Ability to remain standing for extended periods and work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
