What you'll do

• Maintain reliable IT services for internal customers across the assigned locations.
• Support, upgrade, and manage hardware, communication systems, and software components.
• Introduce additional IT facilities to meet changing business requirements.
• Investigate and fix user-reported issues related to infrastructure and system performance.
• Handle server installation and administration tasks.
• Work with client/server applications and Oracle-based environments.
• Use standard ITIL-based support practices and follow established procedures.
• Operate across multiple tasks while staying organized and effective under pressure.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Practical exposure to Oracle environments.
• Experience with client/server application implementations.
• Working knowledge of software products used in a similar enterprise environment.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Hands-on familiarity with Business Objects or a comparable reporting tool.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with people from different professional backgrounds.
• Team-oriented mindset, initiative, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Confident, methodical, tactful, cooperative, and mature in judgment.
• Business awareness and the ability to manage a varied workload.
