Role Overview

In this role, you will support the growth of client commercial activity by understanding each client’s business, identifying strategic opportunities, and turning data into practical guidance. The goal is to help clients reach their objectives through timely, accurate, and high-quality responses that improve satisfaction and strengthen relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to support commercial development and account growth.
• Identify risks linked to client accounts and share possible solutions with the relevant manager.
• Analyze client businesses to uncover opportunities and threats.
• Manage the customer relationship and respond to their varied business requirements.
• Maintain administrative control over assigned client accounts.
• Train clients on NIQ methodologies and ways of working.

Qualifications

This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys working with data, communicating clearly, and building strong client relationships. A strong interest in innovation and the ability to present ideas and solutions in a practical way are important for success in this role.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in management, marketing, commercial engineering, industrial engineering, or a closely related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in mass consumption, consulting, retail, or similar environments.
• Ability to build presentations and understand macroeconomic contexts and scenarios.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel and PowerPoint considered an advantage.
• Availability to work on site once per week.
