Role Overview
We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to spot potential customers, start conversations with them, and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
What You Will Do
- Find and study prospective customers using online tools and databases.
- Connect with prospects through cold calls, email, and other outreach channels.
- Present the company’s services, understand initial needs, and create interest.
- Keep the lead pipeline active, organized, and up to date.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture prospects over time.
- Screen leads and pass suitable opportunities to the sales team.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion ability.
- Comfort with outbound calling and proactive prospecting.
- Ability to independently research and identify potential leads.
- Basic knowledge of sales workflows and lead handling.
