Key responsibilities
- Create, roll out, and track HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and compliance needs.
- Manage hiring activities, including sourcing talent, onboarding new hires, and developing retention approaches to keep strong performers.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, workplace conflict handling, and performance management practices.
- Administer employee benefits programs such as health, dental, vision, tuition support, and retirement contributions, ensuring the package remains competitive.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 8 years of growing HR management experience.

- Demonstrated leadership ability, including the capacity to guide and motivate teams.
- Good understanding of employment legislation, compliance obligations, and current HR best practices.
- Experience using HR software and systems to maintain records and improve HR workflows.
- Professional credentials such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are preferred.
