Role Overview
This remote India-based role sits within Americas Strategy, Planning, and Operations (SP&O). The team works at the intersection of innovation and technology to help sales teams deliver customer outcomes. The position focuses on shaping sales go-to-market strategy and driving transformation initiatives that support growth, working closely with Sales Leadership and partners across Operations, Specialists, Finance, and business units.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Help develop annual and long-range sales growth plans by using structured frameworks, cross-functional partnerships, and a repeatable sales play model.
- Create and operationalize growth priorities, including KPI design, through a strong PMO-style approach.
- Identify, shape, and lead strategic initiatives that have a large impact and support business transformation across global markets.
- Use market research, business intelligence, and competitive analysis to find opportunities across new business, renewals, and expansion motions.
- Recommend go-to-market levers that support growth and scale across the business.
- Act as a thought partner and provide strategic direction to a dynamic GTM Strategy and Transformation team.
- Communicate the growth plan and priorities clearly to senior leaders, including what needs to happen and how it will be executed.
- Prepare leadership presentations and strategic materials for COO-level, executive leadership team, and senior sales meetings.
- Work with teams in sales, specialists, marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and execution.
- Evaluate how to allocate coverage investment across customers, regions, and products to improve output, including questions related to renewals, customer success, field roles, and sales organization design and governance.

Minimum Qualifications
- MBA with at least 3 years of post-MBA consulting experience at a top-tier firm, or a bachelor’s degree with 7 years of consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
Preferred Experience
- Background in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or BizOps within a large technology company.
- Exposure to B2B enterprise hardware and software, SaaS, or platform-based business models.
- Experience building long-range and annual strategic growth plans and improving processes to accelerate delivery.
- Very strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including presentation storytelling and data synthesis.
- Ability to frame business problems, prioritize work, and perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Excel modeling, scenario analysis, and KPI development.
- Working knowledge of BI tools and SQL is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required.
