General Maintenance Worker

Role overview

What you will do

In this role, you will help keep the facility running safely and smoothly by handling a variety of general maintenance tasks. The job calls for practical repair skills, attention to safety, and the ability to respond to routine service needs across the site.

• Carry out maintenance and repair work in one or more areas such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations, and vehicle servicing.
• Complete routine tasks including replacing light bulbs, installing paper dispensers, changing filters, replacing door locks, handling minor decorative upkeep, and other work that does not require a licensed trade professional or journeyman.
• Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Take on additional duties as needed, which may vary by account based on business needs and client expectations.
