Role overview
This full-time on-site role in Mohali is for an experienced game mathematics engineer who can design, validate, and document the mathematical systems behind Stake Engine-based games. The position calls for a strong analytical mindset and hands-on development skills to turn game concepts into reliable math models.
What you will work on
- Create and fine-tune mathematical models for games.
- Set and calibrate RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and payout mechanics.
- Build game math using Python along with Stake Engine's Math SDK.
- Execute high-volume simulations and statistical checks to confirm results.
- Produce documentation that supports certification and compliance review.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to shape game ideas into finished systems.
Required background
- You should have at least 3 years of experience.
- A solid foundation in probability, statistics, combinatorics, and mathematical modelling is important.
- Python development experience, especially for simulation work, is required.
- You need exposure to RNG-based systems and the ability to verify results statistically.
- Strong written communication and documentation ability is expected.
Nice to have
- Prior work with Stake Engine, game math SDKs, or RGS platforms.
- Experience in iGaming, casino, or betting products.
- Understanding of certification and compliance workflows.
- Background in performance tuning for large-scale simulation runs.

This role is based in Mohali and is a full-time position. The job involves building mathematically robust game systems and supporting the product with clear technical documentation.
