Role overview

This is a newly created founding outbound sales position for the German market. The role is designed for someone who wants to help define the playbook, establish Bigblue’s presence in Germany, and contribute directly to growth from the ground up. What you'll do

  • Monitor the German market closely and surface useful insights on trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
  • Work with Growth, Marketing, and Partnerships to identify and research priority accounts across target verticals and customer groups.
  • Study prospects in depth so you understand their interests, professional context, pain points, and decision-making style.
  • Plan and run outbound campaigns across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, Instagram, phone, and video messages, with the goal of generating qualified leads and meeting monthly new-revenue targets.
  • Write tailored outreach that clearly communicates Bigblue’s value proposition and resonates with different prospect segments.
  • Develop trusted relationships with prospects and act as a reliable advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Help organize or attend events that are relevant and appealing to prospects, such as restaurants, sports activities, sports events, and music shows.
  • Represent Bigblue in the market and consistently share the company’s successes to strengthen relationships and support negotiations.

Requirements
